FRANCHISE MEETINGS AND SEMINARS
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
With regard to corporate franchise seminars or training courses, franchisee promises to be present or have the manger of the franchise attend at least annually, at [his or her] own expense. Above mentioned courses are designed to continue education of franchise practices and introduce any new fashions in regard to marketing, employee training and or various techniques for franchise operations.
